After graduating from Mankato State University in 1999 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Brent began his career at Polaris Industries in Roseau, Minnesota. Life took an unexpected turn when a serious ATV accident forced him to return home to recover. Once healed, Brent returned to Roseau—where the idea of building his own company first took shape.

With a clear vision and a strong work ethic, Brent eventually moved back to the Twin Cities and launched Image Property Management, which later became Image Contracting. What began as a small operation grew steadily as Brent earned a reputation for honesty, quality work, and reliable service.

Around this time, Brent reconnected with Stephanie, a high school friend who later became his wife. Today, the couple has three wonderful children—who help with the business from time to time—and Stephanie continues to play an active role whenever she’s needed.

Image Contracting has since expanded to include office staff, multiple construction crews, and even a full irrigation division with its own installation and service team. Brent is proud of the people who work alongside him and considers them the heart and soul of the company. Their shared dedication to craftsmanship and customer service has fueled the company’s growth year after year.

From a few shovels and a pickup truck to a fleet of vehicles and the best equipment available, Image Contracting has come a long way—and as Brent often says, “We’re just getting started.”
